Fees:

An agency fee of twenty percent (20%) will be added to all non-Union projects, including but not limited to: day rate, use fees and renegotiated fees.

Overtime Policy:

Day rate based on an 8 hour day in studio, or 10 hour day on location. Any time over that will be charged at: time and a half rate.

Cancellation Policy:

On confirmed bookings; within 24 hours, full fee will be charged. Within 48 hours, half fee will be charged.

Weather Policy:

On confirmed bookings, Cancellations as a result of weather conditions must be rescheduled within 48 hours of original booking date, otherwise normal cancellation policy applies.

Payments:

If you are a first time client, SCOUT may request a credit card authorization to establish payment history. Scout will only charge this card in the event that an invoice is not paid within the 30 day payment terms.

Late Fees:

A five percent (5%) late charge per month from the due date, will be charged on all invoices not paid within thirty (30) days. Client is responsible for reasonable collection costs and attorneys' fees incurred in collecting any amounts due from client.

Use Rights:

Are limited to the specific rights granted and may not be extended without negotiations. All rights granted are contingent upon receipt of all fees including agency service charges.

Additional usage fees must be negotiated for billboards, posters, packaging, POP's, national retail/magazine advertisements, international usages, stills for television/film, broadcast local or national, web usage, exclusivity, and use of actual names and or other specialized uses.

Lingerie and swimwear:

Will be subject to an increased rate to be negotiated before confirmation

Hair, Makeup and styling:

All models are entitled to a hair and make-up artist who is experienced and has access to a range of products suitable for different hair textures and skin tones. Models should not be required to handle their own hair and makeup unless an agreement is reached prior to booking, to which an additional fee will be applied.

All clothing must be provided by a stylist. If a model is asked to bring their own outfits to style themselves, an additional fee will be applied.

Book or release:

Will be enforced for options when the secondary job is ready to confirm.

AI/Likeness:

To digitally replicate a talent's likeness, voice, performance, or to train an artificial intelligence system designed to generate new visual, audio, or audiovisual content requires additional negotiation for added usage. Any attempts to acquire the rights noted above are void and unenforceable until terms have been negotiated.
